You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product received is different from what was ordered
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products used, washed, or altered
Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice
Products purchased during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged)
Customized or made-to-order products
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@vastratraditional.com
Mention your Order ID and reason for return
Attach clear images or videos (for damaged/defective items)
Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, VastraTraditional will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
